Review dealer terms before buying
Goldbacks may be purchased from independent coin shops, precious-metal dealers, distributors, and other sellers. Each seller controls its own pricing, order cancellation, shipping, insurance, return, exchange, and buyback policies.
For an existing order
Contact the business named on your receipt or order confirmation. Preserve the note, packaging, shipment records, and proof of purchase until the seller tells you how to proceed.
